The KOBRA electric Fatbike complies with Dutch laws and regulations. The Fatbike has an assisted top speed of 25 km/h and features unique pedal assistance. Thanks to its advanced technology with 5 unique pedal assistance levels, you can choose to do the work yourself in level 1 or maximum power with minimal effort in level 5 on every ride. This makes the KOBRA completely redundant with an illegal throttle. The motor power is a maximum of 250W, making it completely legal for use on public roads. It's also equipped with reflectors, a front light, a rear light with brake light, and a horn, so you can ride safely even at night. Furthermore, the KOBRA Fatbike was recently tested by the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate, which it passed with flying colors! KOBRA Insurable Again Thanks to New Fatbike Insurance

It took a while, but it's finally here! Starting in February 2024, the KOBRA Fatbike will be available for insurance again! Thanks to the unique renewed partnership between KOBRA BIKES, FRIS Opsporing, and a leading Dutch insurance company.

When the odometer reading on your KOBRA BIKE starts flashing, it means your bike is due for a service. This service is performed automatically after a certain number of kilometers to ensure your bike stays in top condition and any wear and tear is addressed promptly.

You can easily have this resolved by scheduling a service appointment with an authorized service partner. More information about maintenance and scheduling a service appointment can be found on our warranty and maintenance page .

This map shows all our service partners and dealers, all of whom specialize in servicing your KOBRA Fatbike. Don't have a service partner near you? No problem! Just contact us. We'll make sure you're connected to a local bike shop as soon as possible. If that's not possible, we'll come and repair on-site. Service and warranty for your KOBRA Fatbike are always guaranteed!

The capacity of our Fatbike battery is 768Wh, which is enormous and currently the largest in the Fatbike market! Charging the battery is easy with the included charger. This charger has an EU plug, so you simply plug it into a regular outlet. As soon as you connect the battery to the charger, the light on the charger will indicate whether it's still charging (red) or fully charged (green). Fully charging the battery takes 4 to 6 hours and uses approximately 0.75 kilowatt-hours of power, after which you can ride at least 80 km at full power! Planning a longer ride? Then it's good to know that the KOBRA Fatbike battery is interchangeable. You can easily swap it with a fully charged spare battery. You can order a spare battery directly from our webshop , or you can choose to order one along with your Fatbike purchase.

Want to buy a fatbike? Then the KOBRA is an excellent choice! But how do you get it off your screen and into your home? There are several ways to do it! The KOBRA Fatbike is easy to order online or available in-store at one of our dealers . If you decide to order the fatbike online, we'll deliver it to your location, or you can easily pick it up at the dealer.

We offer the following options for the delivery of the KOBRA:

• Ready-to-drive delivery on location (NL)
  This option is the most popular and also the one we recommend. Ready-to-ride delivery on location is a personal delivery, possible at any address in the Netherlands. During the preparation process, the specialized KOBRA team ensures that your KOBRA is immediately ready for use. The bike is fully assembled, after which everything is checked and inspected. The brakes are then bedded in to minimize unnecessary brake noise and maximize braking efficiency. The delivery time for ready-to-ride delivery on location in the Netherlands is approximately 3-5 business days. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a delivery date.
• Pick up ready to drive from a KOBRA dealer
  Would you rather pick up your KOBRA yourself from one of our dealers? That's no problem at all. You can find all our dealers using the dealer map on our homepage. Do you see a dealer you'd like to pick up from? Then select this option and specify which dealer in your order comments. Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment so you can pick up your new KOBRA FatBike. This is usually possible within 1-5 business days! Plus, we offer this option free of charge!
• On-site delivery (NL – Self-assembly)
  Are you handy and would you rather assemble the KOBRA yourself? That's certainly possible! Choose this delivery method. We'll deliver the KOBRA to your location via one of our shipping partners, still packed in a box. You can then assemble the KOBRA yourself in a few simple steps using the manual. This will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The downside is that the brakes have to be applied manually, which can cause brake noise if not done correctly. Therefore, we recommend choosing the ready-to-ride option. Delivery is faster, and this shipping method is free! With on-site delivery (self-assembly), your KOBRA FatBike will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days.
